  1. I have never found their preview to be helpful as it normally only contain a few (random) lots. DNW's approach of showing the catalogue in progress gives a much better indication of what will be coming up.

  2. I am thinking about creating a decimal coins varieties site along the lines of my penny varieties site and wonder whether there is a site(s) from where I can take good quality images rather than have to take my own photos ? Something to pass the winter months.

  4. What you do is either set up a dummy eBay account, or enlist one or more friends, then rack up lots of bids to simulate frenzied activity on the item you're trying to sell. Hopefully you or your cronies won't thereby win the item, but you can always relist it or offer it to a genuine underbidder. However, if you're a victim of it (it's not clear from your title), complain to eBay and have them investigate the bidding activity on the item in question; it is an illegal activity after all.
