When i think of Semra and her telephone/email manners i usually think of a pitbull chewing a wasp, god knows how she got into customer services1 point

Seems to me like they should have sat down and worked it all out before just changing everything and losing clientele. They still haven't got any 'agents' listed and you still need to have a membership to even look at that part of the site which is just silly. Very unprofessionally handled IMO, although going by their customer service that seems to be the status quo for CGS.1 point
