Would need to see a picture. It could double struck, a brockage or post mint damage.

Whats the other side of the coin like?

double heads means thee is no tails

and they point ddifferent directions

My guess is it is two heads sides of coins joined together. Often called a magicians coins.

Check the edge for a joining line using a magnifying glass.

Seen a penny with the same thing on ebay, the guy wants a grand for it lol
