Can't think of any reason why the results can't be posted immediately; someone obviously enters the hammer price into a database somewhere. At the very least it should be released after close of play on the day. Plenty of other auction houses can do this.
  2. Three bids in. Almost hope I dip out on them cos if I am successful I'll be skint until July!
  3. You assume correctly! Love the toning on yours. As the saying goes, "they don't make 'em like they used to". Imagine this design on the inner of a £2 coin instead of the 'tat for tat's sake' stuff we get?
  4. Unfortunately not; it might have cost less in an auction!
  5. My birthday present to myself. Well, you've got to!
  6. Thank you. You can't beat personal recommendation!
  7. Has anyone out there any experience of coin cabinets made by Rob Davis? If so, what is your opinion on them.
