Unidentified Coin, Any Help?

Hi all,

New member and new poster (although I’ve spent a lot of time reading through these forums) and I’ve come across a coin that I just can’t seem to get anywhere with.

I’m under the impression this isn’t a British coin going from the design but I can’t ascertain..

Pictures for your perusal, any help is always appreciated as usual.
