Hey all, this is my first post here! A while ago, my grandfather gave me a box full of old coins, and I found this coin in it, I have no Idea what it is :/ The date at the bottom is barely visiable, it wont be viewable in the photo but it's either 1886/1888/1986/1988 or 1786/1788. All help will be apreciated! Cheers :)

It's now a flat disc, but it was once a shilling of George IV, probably 1826 from what you can make out of the numbers.

Unfortunately only worth silver value in that condition, however a coin with a lot of character. Its definitely seen a lot of use and handling. Probably been kept as a pocket piece by someone, perhaps even your grandfather.
