t111acj Posted April 17, 2011 Posted April 17, 2011 Hi,I am a newbie to this forum, but wondered if anyone could possibly offer any identification on a Gold Celtic quarter unit I found yesterday ?I have a little knowledge and think it may be attributed to ATREBATES, but purely a guess ( i found it in Wiltshire ).Also, any idea of value please ?regards,Andy Quote

t111acj Posted April 17, 2011 Author Posted April 17, 2011 To clear things a little, I looked through the Celtic Coin Index for coins of this type - only Atrebates seemed similar to me, and my find spot seemed to match the areas of prevoius finds.In conclusion, looking at my scans, I don't even know if I am showing the Obverse the right way up !!!
