Master Jmd Posted April 30, 2004 Posted April 30, 2004 i have just bought this:THIS IS A NICE SET OF SILVER THREEPENCES,THEY COME IN THERE ORIGINAL HARD PLASTIC CASE,IT HAS A RED CARD INLAY WITH 8 SILVER THREE PENCES IN,THE DATES ARE AS FOLLOWS,1937,1938,1939,1940,1941,1942,1943,1944.,ALL THE COINS ARE IN VERY GOOD CONDITION,ID SAY ALL COINS ARE BETWEEN VF+ TO AUNC,I AM NOT A GRADER OF COINS JUST A COLLECTER ,SO THESE ARE JUST MY OPIONION . I thought the coins looked odd, as the shine on them was off, and not as-struck as the frame said. So I smashed it up and lo and behold, the coins didn't have milled edges - they were very good copies! Quote
