Master Jmd Posted April 25, 2004 Posted April 25, 2004 I bought this:it cost me £47.25 from ebay, and it is this:Folder containing coin sets for each year to halfcrown for years 1953 to1967 including 3 crowns[15 sets,117 coins].Crowns and many others unc, remainder have been in circulation.would you say it was worth it? I am more into pennies, but i thought that i would go for this seeing as it has the 3 crowns that i dont have, and a nice set of 1953 coins...i do not only collect pennies, i also have about 80 lustorious farthings from 1806 onwards, and about 50 lustorious halfpennies...w many of them are UNC?the seller said around 40 of them are unc... Its worn too so even if it had lustre it wouldn't be worth much it is worn, yes, i do not favour it...it does have about: 20% lustre around the coin's reverce and about 5% on the obverse, the rim has full lustre (well, not like a Bunc coins lustre)...my favourite farthing (not lustreous) is a 1828 one, with all details clearly visable...
