It looks raised. If so I would say it is a die crack.

How about the line from the 2nd leg of M of IMP it connect to the head of P of IMP and it is not raised as I can see it the M and P is over it,

maybe a struck through or something.

Here are more picture.

How about at the bottom of the second M of IMP is this a point likea point in every bottom colon on every word.

Any additional info or just a normal die crack rounded in circulation.
