I have a Farthing - 1931 - Georgey boy is looking to the right

The other farthings I have seen of the same sort of age, he looks to the left

Is it a fake ?

A picture of both side would be nice. I'm sure someone will come along with an answer but it does sound odd. I can't imagine why anyone would want to forge a fathing, it tended to be higher value coins.

Georgey boy looking looking to the right is normal. His son, Georgey boy the VI looked to the left from 1937 onwards.

I'm not a milled collector, but couldn't it be colonial?

Ah yes, I forgot about Edward VIII in the middle, who should have face right, but didn't want to. George V did indeed face left. As far as i know, on all colonial too.

I still think a photo is the best way forward here.

Erm, sorry guys - feeling a bit silly about this. I got it completely wrong.

I was trying to sort out a bunch of new coins while having a quiet drink.

Its a 1909, with Edward looking to the right instead of the left.

Not sure how I managed to get it so screwed up.
