I have just recieved my 1st slabbed coin today, a nice 1902 low tide penny M63 for $50 hope I didn't pay too much I've also just ordered for Christmas a nice wood coin cabinet to display my collection in date and type order. My question. As my recent acquision is slabbed would I devalue it by prizing the little darling apart so that it can take its rightfull position in the new cabinet.

Is your cabinet being built for slabs or coins?

Slabbing is just to clinical for my numistmatic pleasures

I should doubt you will ever sell it....it would be difficult to upgrade without melting your bank account.
