Citizen H Posted Tuesday at 11:55 AM Posted Tuesday at 11:55 AM another dip into the hoard.... I have taken a long look at Rod Blunts pages at the crowns.... this leads me to think it may be Edward I, 11a-11c 1310-1314 .....? it weighs 1.3 grms slim face... Civi Tas is readable ...as a assumption it could be Lon Don that follows...? Quote
Coys55 Posted Tuesday at 12:33 PM Posted Tuesday at 12:33 PM Looks more like a 10cf to me. Definitely London. 1 Quote
Coinery Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago (edited) Yes, as Coys says, 10cf2a, the same as the coin I posted in ‘coin acquisition’ recently. The 2 is for the Crown, and the ‘a’ is because the left ornament of the crown remains intact. It’s ’b’ when the ornament breaks and disappears. Here’s the ‘b’ version taken from Blunt’s website. https://www.rodblunt.com/edwardian-pennies-group10s Edited 1 hour ago by Coinery Quote
