Yes thats normal. If its George I the kings bust or image is right facing usually and George II will be left then George III is right. I say usually as counterfeits ( Evasion pieces) do not always follow those rules. If you look on google at image's of coins by those monarchs you should in theory be able to recognise the type of coin and who it belongs too.
