Hello

I have a very extensive collection of shillings - from 1816-1970 which I am now selling or willing to exchange for halfpennies.

Please contact me if interested, with any specific coins wanted and I will be happy to supply images

Regards

I might be interested, don't have any halfpennies to exchange I'm afraid, only got a few myself :)

I would be particularly interested in seeing what you have for George IV (garnished reverse and gartered reverse coins of 1821-25), and Victoria Large Jubilee head (1889-92).

Stick some pictures up anyway, I'm sure many of us would like to see what you have!

Good luck with the halfpennies, I like them as a denomination too, especially the copper ones of 1799-1859.

Hi Stuntman

I have tried to upload an image but it seems my images are too large!!

I have an 1824 AEF in my humble opinion and 1825 CGS60 shilling remaining and 20 shillings from 1887-1892 - all BSC varieties and a few other date position varieties besides.

If we are able to get in touch I can send you images of them all but I appreciate putting emails on the site is to be avoided

You don't need to add your personal email address on an open forum, there is a PM facility where you can private message details with stuntman if you wish

Hi - I tend to upload my coin photos to a sharing site (Photobucket for me) and then post the link here - for example:

M%20Shilling%201916%20Obverse_zpsogt89dp

M%20Shilling%201916%20Reverse_zpsnu2ezu7

The 1824 AEF sounds interesting although it might be a little too rich for my blood.  For the Large Jubilee Heads I would be more interested in a common coin with nice eye appeal than something more rare.  I'm looking for a decent serviceable example of each main type and my own examples of the three coins I mentioned are Fine or worse!

Actually this is quite in my area - but alas, nothing to really trade. I am looking feverishly for an upgrade to the 1848 (/6) which mine is only GEF; possibly the 1850 if truly exceptional & some of the odd varietals of 1878 & 79 (okay, I said it, a variant of "hypervarietals"!).

Hi,

I sent you a PM a couple of days ago. Are you still selling?
