Half Penny Jon Posted November 22, 2004 Posted November 22, 2004 Has anyone noticed the apparent absence of William recently? I don't think I've seen any evidence of him being on here in at least a month or more. He hasn't been on msn either. Quote
Geoff T Posted November 24, 2004 Posted November 24, 2004 I spoke to William last Saturday. He's alive and kicking and no doubt finding the pressures of secondary school don't allow much time for forumming.Geoff Quote
Half Penny Jon Posted November 24, 2004 Author Posted November 24, 2004 Where do you see William Geoff? I guess he is feeling the stress of REAL homework for the first time in his life! Quote
Master Jmd Posted November 24, 2004 Posted November 24, 2004 I guess he is feeling the stress of REAL homework for the first time in his life! More than likely...i remember the first term of year 7, i only recall having two pieces of hoework in year 6 (!!!), and year 7 was very tricky to get my head into... Quote
Chris Perkins Posted November 24, 2004 Posted November 24, 2004 Honestly, Hoework at your age JMD, that's outrageous! Quote

Geoff T Posted November 24, 2004 Posted November 24, 2004 Where do you see William Geoff? I guess he is feeling the stress of REAL homework for the first time in his life! William is a pupil in the Junior Dept. of the college where I work and therefore attends every Saturday. I tend to see him when I'm in on a Saturday morning, which is about three times a term. Yes, of course we talk coins - if either of us has time Quote
Sylvester Posted November 24, 2004 Posted November 24, 2004 I never had any homework ever till year 7... then it hit.But actually looking back on it, it was dead easy compared to what i got put through in Yr11!Which was a piece of cake compared to A2.Infact chaps i can honestly say A2 was the hardest year of academic work i've ever had to do. Uni is easier. The third year takes some getting used to but i think i'm adjusted. Still pales in comparision to A2 though... Quote
william Posted December 21, 2004 Posted December 21, 2004 Hi guys!Ok...I've been really busy with school lately, and we've had serious computer problems, but it's just about fixed now, and as you can see I am still not in a ditch!!I get a load of homework each day, especially when we have biology and geography!! (evil teachers... )So i'll be able to come on more regularly now that the first and longest term is over, and the teachers don't give as much homework. I got more homework in my first week than in any other week of school! Glad to be back... Quote
