  1. Hi, I've got my eye on a couple of gold sovereigns from an eBay seller based in the US. Does anyone know if I would I be required pay any import duty or would this be exempt? Many thanks.
  2. Thanks everyone for your helpful comments. So it's not as valuable as suggested by the seller, but I seem to have got a good deal all the same. It's a lovely coin and I'm really pleased to have it in my collection, thanks again for your help
  3. Hi, I purchased this item on eBay and seller mentions it's worth around $2000 but I bought it for $36. Here's a link to the item, grateful for any advice on what it might be worth: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1926-Great-Britain-6P-Large-Bust-NGC-Graded-MS64-Super-Rare-Coin-/191238534015?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEWNX%3AIT&_trksid=p2047675.l2557&nma=true&si=SQytVJvQvqQRtWuagM99D%252BcxAYo%253D&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc
  4. Hi, Just to make people aware that one of these coins recently appeared on eBay and sold for £800 until the buyer (me!) realised something wasn't quite right: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/PCGS-5-GOLD-COIN-/111400477213?ssPageName=ADME%3AX%3ARTQ%3AGB%3A1123&ViewItem=&item=111400477213&nma=true&si=bzT%252FVK88kdpahxHq%252BbdY6nBF210%253D&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2557 The PCGS website is still listing them as gold: http://www.pcgs.com/pop/valueview.aspx?s=651395, that needs to be amended or someone is going to end up paying for silver at the price of gold. Not sure PCGS will bother to do anything, from experience they never acknowledge emails let alone reply!
