  1. A couple of interesting additions for me (still can't post pics), will need upgrades at some point, but happy with the finds. BP1888B and 1903 Open 3 https://imgur.com/a/gKtNxqs
  2. Hi, Is this the BP1886Ag? Not sure how much of a line would need to be on there but it looks similar to the picture in the BBP? Many thanks https://imgur.com/a/i5B2Kj0
  3. An upgrade to my 1866, is the missing colon common for that period? Think I can make something out, so guessing it's a filled die. https://imgur.com/a/2XnClJ4
  4. Worked a treat, thanks again Jerry. I've been looking for one with this die crack for while now. https://imgur.com/a/oFZbQKl
  5. Just arrived, looks and feels like a plasticky deposit on the coin, I’m now too scared to remove it 😂
  6. Thanks Rob, never sure if it makes them more or less collectible but enjoyable nonetheless the less.

  8. Hi, Trying to upload a picture again of a potential V over A on an 1866, has anyone come across that before? May just be a die issue I suppose 🤷🏻‍♂️
  9. Guess there is only one way to find out 😬
  10. That’s slightly more concerning, not sure it’s worth the money it’s likely to go for if that’s the case
  11. Looks like Coin Publications/Rotographic have a few copies (8) in stock if anyone is still looking. I’m still really keen to get a copy of Michael Gouby’s The British Bronze Penny if anyone sees any out there 🙏 Thanks
  12. Thanks for taking a look, really appreciate it. I had been looking for similar corrosion examples and hadn't been able to find any. Dean
  13. Hi all, As I can't seem to post pics anymore, I've posted a link to a coin I was hoping one or two of you might have an opinion on. I haven't seen corrosion like this on pennies of this grade, and I was wondering if anyone knew what it was. I appreciate that there is no financial value in it, but I've been looking for one where the die crack looks like thunder hitting the water for a while (don't ask). Thanks in advance https://www.easyliveauction.com/catalogue/lot/69a10054d43fb3e51d0599b2e3f4531a/0af8d24542e81eb9357e7ef448a6646f/general-auction-including-vintage-comics-lego-jewelle-lot-116/
  14. Did either of you get it?
  15. No idea, cost me quite a bit, but you can't get them anywhere.
  16. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/277253251632 If anyone is interested
  17. I know these are tricky to track down, so link here if anyone is still looking for one. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/277253254864
  18. Great advice, thanks Martin, let's see how it does
  19. Hi, I’m planning to let this one go any thoughts on how something like this affects value? I’ve checked as many as I’ve been able to see and haven’t seen anything like it. Thanks as always D
  20. Cents? worth a few pounds uncirculated according to Changechecker, not the point though really I started with date runs and I know they’re good fun for some people so it was just on the off chance. Thanks for the note
  21. Just to clarify, I’m not selling these. Just want someone to have them that will appreciate them more than I will.
