hi all

i have a 1903 one rupee india ,edward vii coin,but its embedded into a silver tin,just wondering if its worth anything ,i would appreciate everyones comments :)

It's worth the silver content. It can't be uncirculated by definition and has most likely been polished plus there should be some damage from mounting, so numismatic value is zero or thereabouts. It is not a rare date.

Yeah, I would agree - but if the tin is solid silver I can imagine in scrap the whole thing could be worth a fair bit, at about £30 per 100g.
