I've reorganised my library and have a couple of spares. I thought I'd post them here first before offering them for general sale.

First up is Volume 1 of English Coins in the British Museum - Anglo-Saxon, by Charles Keary. Hardback, 1970, Seaby. Absolutely brilliant condition throughout, no foxing/tears/scuffs, no dustjacket and does have two red ink marks across the top (shown). 282 pages and 30 plates.

That's what the wife says.

A kind of generic LOL remark that could cover replies to many posts on many forums. Possibly comes unstuck however, when spammily attached to posts offering hammered coin books for sale.

Possibly it might work - at a generous stretch - to "Very good condition with no tears" or even "have a couple of spares" (hmm, no; perhaps not), but I wish you well with your pressed and reconstituted pork products, wherever you lay them gently and unthinkingly to rest...
