i don't think it's that well known, no catalogue distinguishes between them yet... long may it stay that way.

Hopefully... You know I found the rarest variety today, but then saw that it was a 1996. So annoying... <_<

are they in good condition?...i have a practicly mint state one which i found in my change the other day... :)

It's wierd to have one in almost mint condition, are you sure that it is 1992 JMD?

read the quote above yours HPJ...i think that it is wierd too, but i am not really good at grading silver coins, but it does have full lustre with very little scratching... :)

It isn't a silver coin JMD?????????? ;)

sorry to say this, but shut up HPJ...bronze coins are called coppers, they are not copper...i am not going to waste time typing, or saying cupro-nickel every time i mention that i am crap at grading it!

... :)

I didn't mean to cause offence JMD, I was just stating that a 1992 currency 10p is not silver! ;)

hmm, i still know that silver wasnt on 'cupro-nickel' coins from 1947...i am not stupid HPJ ;)

Today I completed all of my four 1992 10p varieties with the rarest one turning up in my change from Greggs! The rarest one is quite worn though. I will keep my eyes open for a better example.

They usually are battered to hell...

The beads were very and I mean very weak compared to other 1992 10p's but the variety was easily recognisable.

Well done HPJ!! I still have yet to find one... :(
