Jules Posted May 10, 2011 Posted May 10, 2011 HelloCurrently I'm storing my coins in albums which have clear plastic pockets. However, I've read that these are not the best long-term solution because of contamination from the plastic. I've been considering switching to Lindner capsules (maybe with the annular inserts which adjust to differently sized coins). I'd be grateful for any advice on the pros and cons.RegardsJules Quote

SionGilbey Posted May 10, 2011 Posted May 10, 2011 I use something similar (a little better) to http://www.predecimal.com/large-dealers-album-with-pages-p-47.html?osCsid=40de63acc276cc4b95b22759456ea469 with 30 pages for my best coins and some date runs. I use a massive Arrowfile affair for the bulk of my collection. Quote
Colin G. Posted May 10, 2011 Posted May 10, 2011 If your album will take 2x2 flips problem solved.I use the Lighthouse Optima M range for this, where you can store 12 2*2's per page, my better coins are self slabbed The pages with slips in for the coins were also pretty good, but the plastic is hard so I was always worried about scratching the coins.
