A pure guess! It looks like Gallienus, second period, AE3, with either Providentia or Uberitas on the reverse. But! Because of the profile being rather exaggerated I'd say it was a Barberous Radiate, origin difficult as it's so worn.

I await further discussion from the Roman crowd!!!! :rolleyes:
