It depends on its condition, if its a full brockage, probably also its date and even then it would be a guess, as there are no price lists that I know of for British error coins.

If I was being honest, not much. The damage and amount of wear would put a lot of people off.

However on the upside it is a full brockage and like all errors it is certainly a conversation piece.
