Purchasing power of 1 British Farthing in 1760?

I wondered if any experts could help me please. I want to know what the purchasing power of 1 British Farthing was in 1760? (ie what could you buy with it then - a loaf of bread, 10 loaves of bread, a pint of ale, etc etc?)
