Victoria sovereign 1887 & 1892 etc

Can anybody help me, my wife was given a number of sovereigns and is trying to find their value . They are as follows :

1x 1872 victoria young head

1x 1884 victoria

1x 1887 victoria jubilee ( possible small J E B )

1x 1892 victoria jubilee ( possible small J E B )

1x 1894 victoria widow

2x 1896 victoria widow

3x 1907 edward vii

2x 1910 edward vii

any help would be great especially on the J E B markings

Just found out that one of the 1910 Edward vii was minted in Perth , is this a common sovereign ?.
