Roman silver coin, 3.2 g — identification and authenticity assessment requested

[Majinsnutz]

Firstly that’s a masterclass in uploading low-resolution images, just wow! I can’t even get one of my images to upload in that kind of quality!

The Russian to English translation is:

"I would appreciate help in identifying this coin and determining its authenticity, as well as assessing whether it is a modern cast or a reproduction. Weight: 3.2 g. I have attached photos of both sides, detailed shots of the portrait and inscription, as well as the edge. Could anyone help identify the ruler, read the inscriptions on the coin, clarify the date and denomination, and comment on any signs that might indicate a modern counterfeit? Thank you for your help."
