I HAVE ENCOUNTERED A VICTORIA DG BRITT REG FD 1892 COIN AND WOULD REALLY LIKE TO KNOW IF ITS WORTH ANYTHING AND HOW MUCH?

Firstly is it Silver or bronze?

Secondly what's it look like (the back side, opposite the Queen that is), does it have a figure sat down, say Britannia?

Does it state a value on the coin, penny? Farthing?

The more info we have the quicker we can aid you in identifying the coin and any value it may or may not have.

What Sylvester was trying to say, is that all denominations had VICTORIA DG BRITT REG FD written on them, so it's imposible for us to even begin to tell what it is!

I think he means 1892 was a rare year for florins aka 2 shilling pieces.
