1959 halfpenny with rotated die, normal?

I found some half pennies in a bank bag of 2p’s from a Post Office.  After putting it in a 2x2 I noticed the obverse was rotated about 10 degrees anticlockwise. 

Is it normal to see this?

I checked the other dates I have on hand, another 1954 was rotated similarly.

Interesting, definitely. But I'd also say that 10º is unremarkable.
