Edward Pennies and half penny?

Hi all,

 

 I have a couple of hammereds I'd like a second opinion on and Id's if possible. 

1. is 19 mm in diameter 

I believe the obverse reads +EDWARDUS *REX*

Reverse again I believe reads CIVITAS DV ELM (durham mint) 

Small trifoliate in obverse legend in what would be the E of ELM?

 

2. is 15mm in diameter 

I believe obverse reads + EDWAR ANGL D

Reverse CIVITAS LONDON possibly a 10cf/11 Edward 1?

 

3. 18/19mm in diameter this one is a little more tricky as Im struggling to read this I believe it is an Edward but not sure which one or how much info someone can possibly shed on the coin. 

 

Any help is greatly appreciated. I'm new to this and have spent the last 24 hours staring at coins from different angles and my computer trying to work them out. I have attached a few pictures and have them at different angles too to try and highlight the text. Again thanks in advance for any help.

hi no 1 is EDward III post treaty period durham penny. 

no 2 is Edward I class 10 London halfpenny

no 3 is Edward I class 10 c-e London penny

Thanks Dave, I've just come on to update the post now as I have had an email back from Peter Spencer from the searcher magazine. He agrees with you on the first one and parts of the 2nd and 3rd. He believes 2 is a different class and possibly a rarer variety from class VI or VIII.  3 he believes is a Bury St Edmunds mint. 

 

1: Edward III, post-treaty period, Durham (DVN OLM).

 

2: Edward I halfpenny. Awkward, as most Edward I halfpennies read EDW R ANGL, etc. but this has a EDWAR  ANGL, etc.  However, rare varieties of class VI and VIII have this reading.

 

3: Parts unclear but Edward I class X c-f, Bury St. Edmunds (VILA SCIE DMV NDI).

The Halfpenny is certainly not class 6 or 7 definitely class 10, having now looked at the reverse of the 3rd coin it certainly is BSE mint ( my mistake didn't look at the reverse pic

That was my initial though was class 10/11 for the halfpenny but I am only just starting to learn. If not a 6 could it be a rarer one of class 8 due to the legend reading EDWAR  ANGL or would you still say class 10?

Definitely with no doubt it is class 10
