Peter Posted February 26, 2005 Posted February 26, 2005 I take it you wanted to find out if the coins are going to make you rich!!!!!Sorry but........Without scans impossible to be accurate....but from your decscriptions I reckon the following.1) 1752 sounds like a 1/2d in roughly F condition...catalogues £12/£20...ebay £5 to £15...not really sought after unless in excellent condition. It also could well be a forgery (although collectable in their own right)2) 1866 1/2d...sounds like a coin for the scrap tin (50P ?)3)What you describe is a half crown..if fine £15 to £20 catalogue value...a rarer year...but not a sought after coin (unless approaching mint condition.)4)1966 set.....very plentiful/common say £10 to buy.
