Lombardic or Roman n/N

As per title, what do you think of the 'n' in the centre of the first picture? Lombardic with 'junk,' lombardic but later recut to Roman 'N' or just a plain Roman N and the rest is my imagination?

Just a normal roman N for me , although the image is not very clear.

I would like to know why it is used the term Lombardic to identify that type of N
