craigy Posted August 24, 2017 Posted August 24, 2017 (edited) has some rust on it, a short session of electrolysis would probably remove it but i like the dark brown patina it has so i dont want to disturb it too much, so i have decided to leave it be, any advice on removing the rusty deposit cant post the pictures, its a propa pain trying add them on the forum, there the right size etc, Edited August 24, 2017 by craigy Quote

Very hit and miss! i think it might be Edward II, yes has been preserved well, the subsoil is not very deep in the area and it doesnt get ploughed very often so was protected in a very tightly compressed lump of dirt that is like sand Quote
