Stephen ward Posted December 14, 2016 Author Posted December 14, 2016 Ye that's correct we learn more each day that's for sure ) but what about the 5 francs and the gold looking coin that has been trimmed and the sommer coins ? i did some reading on the sommer coin and the chance of a genuine one turning up is not going to happen and they don't feel right so I will add them to the ever growing box of coins . It could still be a fake, so your only chance really is to take it to a specialist in colonial cobs. Any chance you could go and see Mr. Sedgwick in Florida? Quote
