tubandpud Posted December 13, 2004 Posted December 13, 2004 Why has nobody answered this one ? My guess would be perhaps only worth 50p ?? Quote
Chris Perkins Posted December 13, 2004 Posted December 13, 2004 Your insticts probably aren't far off!If it's just some kind of novelty privately struck coin without a face value it'll probably be worth very little, according to interest. I wouldn't really like to say. Quote
Geordie582 Posted December 14, 2004 Posted December 14, 2004 The Concorde Coin is still being sold, in a presentation pack, by the Royal Mint for £9.95. Check out their website.Royal Mint.. Quote
Pobjoy Mint Ltd Posted February 20, 2009 Posted February 20, 2009 Hi,I have noticed you're asking for a valuation on a Pobjoy Concorde coin.First Question is what metal is it made from, how is it packed and does it have a certificate? The other thing I would point out, is that all Pobjoy Coins have face values and are actual legal tender currency, but the precious metal content in all the coins (except Cuni) are worth a lot more then the denomination of the coin. Therefore, it may be worth asking the question how much is the precious metal in this coin worth rather then for the actual coin design its self.Hope this makes sense. The Pobjoy Mint Teamwww.pobjoy.com Quote
