Roman coin novice, is this Roman?

Hi All

I was given a load of coins today from a friend who found them in his fathers draw after he had passed away.

He knew i collected so has given them to me. The majority are milled coinage that I am familiar with

, however this one is a mystery me. I had a quick look in Seaby - Coins of Great Britain and think it maybe an

Antonious Pius. But haven't a clue what type of coin. It is about the size of a shilling, quite thick with a reasonable weight.

I think it could be silver.

Hi All

Took advice that Peter psoted on the last persons post and was given my answers. It is a Roman Egypt - Alexandria - Antoninus Pius AD 138-161 - AR Tetradrachm 13.88g Emperor head rt Tyche standing holding cornucopia and rudder year 4 - Koln 1332. Low grade Silver Billon. Will remember to look through all the posts first. Cheers
