  1. It's funny you mention fossils as thats what I was looking for!! Back on topic, would coins continue to be used after the death of a king? The reason I ask is a ship called the "Hazardous Prize" was wrecked on the beach in 1707. Obviously much later than Henry VII.   5. Hi all, I have been pointed in your lots direction for help! I used to work drilling bore holes for water wells all over the UK. Many interesting things used to get thrown up in the spoil including the odd coin. The first one I found was in Maidenhead, it was within 20m of the river Thames. It measures 4-5mm.
