First 2005 coin

My Dad got the Trafalgar £5 coin as change today and so naturally he gave it to me! This is my first 2005 coin.

I didn't realise that £5 coins were actually given in change. Has anyone else experienced receiving

any before in their change ? No, not 2005 Trafalgar, but any other dates ?

I have bought mine new, awaiting delivery to go with my 2005 Nelson coin.

Just thought - perhaps, we ought to ask at ALL the tills, but I don't think we will get many ?? (just joking)

I am quite sure that Sylvester told me that he got the Entente coin he sent me in change. Can't swear by it, it has been quite a while ago, but I think that is what he said. I know most of what I got from him was his change finds, which suits me fine.
