If you click on the down arrow in the top right hand corner of the screen (next to your login name) and select 'My Settings', then select the 'Profile' tab, you will see the options to 'Change Photo' and 'Change Avatar'.

Is the picture next to the name a photo or an avatar? I already have a photo loaded in my settings, it comes up on my pages, but not my posts.
