Has this particular flaw been recorded here before?Interested to know if it might be of some value to a collector of decimal coinage.. Quote
Chris Perkins Posted August 11, 2009 Posted August 11, 2009 Looks like die damage. Due to wear and tear of the bits used to strike the coins, not strictly a variety.Of slight interest; perhaps worth £1 or so to someone that wants it. Quote
