Guest GEOFF Posted November 17, 2008 Posted November 17, 2008 Curiosity has over come me Ive seen a coin for sale on Ebay I think it is copper 21mm dia. rev. St George slaying the dragon as on a sovriegn. Obv Ed. VII the curious thing is its dated 1911 anyone any ideas?? Quote
Chris Perkins Posted November 17, 2008 Posted November 17, 2008 It's probably either a fake sovereign (very unlikely because no one would be fooled by an underweight copper coin) or toy money or perhaps some kind of commemorative medallion for the coronation. Quote
