Hello,

THis coin is the 50th anniversary of the Roger Bannister four minute mile run. It is silver, and dated 2004. Good condition, what is it worth? cheers sorry if i posted this elesewhere

If it was from circulation it would be face value I'm afraid. However if it was BU or Proof, it might well be worth a few pounds. If you pulled one from circulation that was nearly perfect, ie not scratches of dents it might be worth 80p+.

Or, the cased silver proof version with small certificate and encapsulated etc is probably worth up to £20.00.

i have one they go for 1.00 sometimes on ebay

Cool though

1 in 120 chance of getting it i think

only 9 million exist

i know i put 1000 but i checked

its slightly rarier than the total of 820 million as it is collected

Now thats why they are usally for a #1

i think the rarest coin in circulation is a 50p

this is like 4th rarest
