I have a sovereign young victoria, the reverse side is the wrong way up, I need some information on if it is rare etc; ?

hmm when we say wrong way up i'm assuming you have no prior coin knowledge, thus i'll take it that you don't mean wrong way up for the issue.

If you hold it the right way up on the obverse with your thumb at the bottom and finger at the top and rotate the coin the reverse should appear the wrong way up.

All Young Head Victorian gold and silver coins were minted in this fashion. It only changed to obverse and reverse being the same way up in 1887 with the Jubilee head.

The coin is minted in coin alignment (modern British coins are minted in medal alignment).
