Decimal 2007 50p Britannia Design

Hello people

I call upon you all for help once more. I merely need to know if the 50p coin with the Britannia design was in circulation? I have been looking for one for ages now and I cannot seem to locate one at all. I have checked my 'Check Your Change' book but it does not have detailed information on the amount minted.

I am also looking for a 2004 Standing on the Shoulders of giants £2 coin if someone knows where to locate one?

According to the Royal Mint website they did:

Britannia - revised inscription

A figure of Britannia, seated beside a lion, with a shield resting against her rightside,holding a trident in her right hand and an olive branch in her left hand, with the figure "50" below and the inscription "FIFTY PENCE" above

yes it is. I have received one in the change, after looking for the last year or so.
