PINMAN Posted August 2, 2007 Posted August 2, 2007 On offer here,we have three George V Shillings, all in a high grade condition.First, the 1931 example.I don't claim to be an expert when it comes to grading, but this particular coin, has got to be UNC ,without a doubt.Next is 1928.As you can see,it's obviously been in circulation for a small period of time.I would personally class it as at least VF+,maybe even EF.And lastly, the 1926 example.Again, another one which has got to be UNC....razor sharp details.Judge the pics, and decide for yourself. All three coins, appear to have virtually 100% lustre to me.Assuming that i have correctly graded the above coins, then they have the following values, according to the 2007 Coin Yearbook.1931 UNC = £301928 VF = £2 & EF = £10 still believe that it's nearer to EF,though.1926 UNC = £85....if this example isn't the second issue, then please correct me.This comes to a total value of around £121 (book prices),assuming that i have correctly graded these coins, which i honestly believe that i have.Asking £50,which would include any postage charges too.I have been involved with hundreds of Ebay transactions, and have a 100% positive feedback record. If anyone is seriously interested in the above coins,i can provide my Ebay ID(via a PM),so that you can personally check out my excellent feedback record,if you so wish.
