question on bronzed and copper plated ireland decimal

When does the change occur on brozed ireland decimal coins?what s the cut off date ?

Saw in the past in ebay but dint recall what date,just found a 1988 2 pence didnt stick in magnet the other 1988 stick.

Other dates may be still open for speculation and other denomination 2 pence and one penny ireland pre 1988 and post 1988.

Just looked up the world coin catalog 2006.

1988 2 pence bronze.

1990 zinc copper.

I will just magnet all bronze coins I will encounter.
