Guest Alan Posted March 12, 2006 Posted March 12, 2006 Does anyone have a rough value guide for a charles II Irish half penny?Condition is worn but legible bust of charles II with harp on reverse. I've had it verified by local museum but date was difficult to read so is between 1680 and 1684.Also have two half pennie, one 1891 and other 1904. Think these are worth pretty much zilch though? krasnaya_vityaz Posted March 12, 2006 Posted March 12, 2006 In the grade it sounds like it is in, approximately £2 or so. When these are in better condition, especially the 1684's are rather scarce and can fetch £80 or more in EF. Quote
