I am the first to admit that I know nothing about coins but I have been trying to find out something about this coin as my mother, who owns the coin is clearing out her house. For your information the coin was given to my great great grandmother on her wedding day in 1852 and is kept in original envelope with accompaning letter I have never sold or bought anything on ebay!!!!
