Help identifying mint and engraver.

This is a Coin minted in Birmingham in 1869 for Uruguay.

There are a couple of signs there, one of them looks something like a deer and the other a star.

I think they are the symbols from the engraver, Does anyone know who is the engraver that used those symbols?
