krasnaya_vityaz Posted March 10, 2005 Posted March 10, 2005 Here is a link to a page I recreated today, with new images of my 17th century English token collection.http://www.geocities.com/scottishmoney/17t...okens/17th.htmlI had a page previously on these, but took it down with the rest of my website early last year. There just aren't enough resources for collectors of these curious pieces. Quote
Master Jmd Posted March 10, 2005 Posted March 10, 2005 Very nice, especially that 1668 His Halfe Peny. One small typo I noticed: in the description of the 1668 His Halfe Peny it says Pursell/Pursell, you need to replace an 's' with a 'c' Quote
smudge Posted March 11, 2005 Posted March 11, 2005 You have some nice specimens there. I have half a dozen of these but not in the excellent condition that yours are in. Are you only interested in 17th century tokens? as one of the sites I detect on held a medieval fair. I have found over 30 lead tokens from here and a few from other sites. Come back if you are interested in viewing some. Quote
